Guerra access Technology Training LLC has over 30 years of experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Desktop/laptop machines, Apple IOS Devices and digital book reading machines for the blind or visually impaired. A diagnosis of any issue presented will be completed prior to a suggested recommendation for resolution. Please submit a request based on your need.
Once your request has been submitted by email, a quote for the recommended solution will be provided in writing by email by GATT. Pricing for ongoing technical support or training are available for review and are listed below.

Services Available from Guerra access Technology Training LLC

Technical support or training services that are available for a nominal cost are:

  1. Diagnosis, review and suggested resolution of your Windows machine running JAWS or NVDA issues.
  2. Diagnosis, review and suggested resolution of Office 365 issues
  3. Diagnosis, review and suggested resolution of your IOS device issues.
  4. Diagnosis, review and suggested resolutions of your Victor Reader stream.

Pricing for Services

  • Per incident technical support or training, ($25)
  • Monthly technical support/training, ($100 per month, three month minimum requirement)
